Could you use one different USB and only put one of the show setup files on it and try just that?
Otherwise I recommend you call Tech Support so that they can try a few things in real time with you.

We updated our Carbonite Black to 15.3 this morning and when we try to load an of the save sets from the USB they all say Failed.
We updated the switcher, Dashboard and Mosaic and I tried reformatting the USB and reloading the sets and information to the USB. It's 30GBs and worked fine before the update.
