Production Workflow

HI,

I'm wondering if someone can help with the automated rundown creation.

1) In the Auto Create Options, how can i specify a folder that is within several other folders? I've tried entering it as Folder1/Folder2/Folder3/Folder Name but i keep getting an error that the auto create folder is not found.

2) Also, from what i understand there are way to have a date automatically appear in the name of a new rundown based on the air date.  How is that setup?

Hi Favian,

To sort automatically created rundowns to a specific folder, use a forward slash to indicate the path. Please ensure the folder names match exactly. For example, a directory named: "06 - Demo" cannot be typed as "06-Demo", this will prompt the error you mentioned. 

For dates, you can use the following keys: %M (month), %D (date), %Y (year). These are similar to the keys used to configure MOS Placeholder Templates. There isn't a way to change the casing of the abbreviations currently.
