  • 1.  Error when running Dashboard on OSX 10.15.5

    I can't seem to open Dashboard on my Mac. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and I'm still having the same problem. The attached popup comes up directing me to a log file, but that path doesn't seem to exist. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?

    What version of Dashboard are you trying to run? Did it work previously, then stop working?

    Hi Vincent, 

    I don't typically run on a mac, so I don't have a lot of experience with them.   I talked to one of our developers who does run on a Mac, and got the following answer:

    The user is most likely not in the "staff" group.   Either add the user to the group or change the directory permissions for /Library/Application Suipport/openGear (and all it's subdirectories).
