Hi Bob,
make sure the upgrade file is in the Root of the USB and is the only upgrade file. (usb needs to be FAT32 just like when using it for the media stores and show saving)
with the Power off and the USB placed in the USB Port hold down the Upgrade button and turn the power on. Keep it held for like 20 seconds to ensure it has started the forced upgrade procedure. You will see the upgrade LED turn on then you can let go and go grab a coffee while it does the upgrade recovery.

Carb took a power hit during upgrade and corrupted it. Frame powers on, fans in hyper mode, doesn't boot.
I can't be the first Indios to turn it into a brick, anybody got a fix?
