Production Switchers

Hi, 

I am wanting to update a lable based on the source currently routed to a destination andlooking for some help.
I am quite new to this so have limited knowledge and currently working in the visual ogEditor.

The idea is that the text changed is just a label on our touch panel, i imagine that the code would incrementally check which source is routed to a specified destination, pull its name from the source database and display that information, without any interaction on that panel. We have some cross points being triggered by external sources, the idea is that this would then follow any changed made to display live routing data.

This should be done by setting up the TSL UMD protocol on the Ultrix to Send the source lables to the panel.

Then on the Carbonite for inputs you want to track you set the TSL UMD ID per input (on the input tab) and pick the correct ID and set it to LABEL only.  Then it will update.

Appologies, I believe i may have caused some confusion here as i now realise that i may have posted to the wrong community, as we have an Ulrtix routing system, not an Ultirx carbonite I dont believe i have the TSL UMD protocol available

I only have the Ultrix, with routing controlled by Ultritouch HR Panels as well as external triggers, I dont have a production switcher

You have an Ultrix? and you have What Production Switcher?

Okay so yes very confusing at this point.

What Label Where are you trying to see this?  If it is on an ultratouch then you should just be building SoftPanels for Ultritouch that you then open on that panel.  All of those destination would automatically update.  You would not be needing to create custom tracking an UI like this
