Facility Control

We currently use a Streamdeck to direct our newscasts with. It is set up to run custom controls from Caprica. Recently, our Streamdeck has been malfunctioning at the same time everyday, so I need to be able to set up custom controls on the computer's keyboard. We have a few set up on there already, but those were done years ago when we moved into our new building and I have not added any since then. I was hoping someone could help me with setting up custom controls on a computer keyboard. I just don't know where to go in order to tell the keyboard those commands.
