  • 1.  DATALINQ IN VISUAL LOGIC

    Hi,

    I am using datalinq thru Visual Logic. But everytime i restart xpression the datalinq thru VL is disconnected. I then have to go to each datalinq control in VL and relink it to my database. I am using multiple datalinq control and it becomes time taking task to relink every individual parameter.

    Is there a way that the datalinq thru VL is always active like the way it is thru Object Inspector Data Source?

    Sounds like a software bug.

    What version and build are of XPression are you using? Ex. v11.5 build 5555

    What is the Datalinq Source type? Ex. ADODB Datalinq Source

    I am using v11.5 build 5832.

    Data source is json and i am using Json Datalinq Source.

    Hi Gaurav, even I had the same issue multiple times, so for its solution I took a separate text object and datalinked it. 

    Later in visual logic scene objects selecting the new text objects(text property)>>> Text,  and used it in place of datalinq block. This fixed my problem. Please try it.
