When I create a graphic in ENPS vis Xpression plugin, if I go back to edit the graphic, say update the text, it does not update. I was able to do it prior.
The only thing we did today was add a few scenes to the project, published, and deployed.
We were able to still update text in the plugin in ENPS even after doing the deployment until just now.
Anyone with any ideas on what may be the issue?
I have also just been told that we couldn't update the lower thirds once they were made and now all the graphics have to be remade in ENPS because it will not update.
Thanks in advance!
How are you trying to get to the graphic to edit it, and are you getting any errors or messages when you try? Is this for new graphics being built after a new revision was published, or is this issue only effecting existing graphics in your scripts. Any chance the scene names of existing MOS items changed in your project before republishing?
We are only updating the graphic in ENPS to change the text in the graphic. So, once we have added text into say a fullscreen, and add it to story slug, if we go back into ENPS to edit the graphic to fix a misspelling, it does not update.
This is with the existing graphics that had already been published. To my understanding, this issue started with the lower thirds prior to adding 3 scenes to the graphics package, and deploying. It is now not allowing us to update graphic in ENPS once we have added it to story slug.
It is not affecting the on air product. Instead up updating in Script/ENPS story slug, we have to start it from blank template.
