Production Switchers

Having issues adding png sequences to my MediaManager that I haven't had in the past.

Any single PNGS or PNG sequences that I export out of After Effects can't be loaded to any Media Store channel.

Anyone else have issues like this exporting content out of After Effects CC 23?

Hi Colin,

You may have already checked this but make sure the naming structure is correct. I'm away from my gear but I know the sequence needs to start at a specific number and have a certain amount of digits. The other thing I would check is your AF output file size.

Everything is named correctly, and I have the same issue with TGA and just still images.

Can you post a link to an exported set of Animations (ie drop box or something with them in it).

Also maybe supply the AE Project with an example of one of these that you are exporting?  We can see if someone in our Marketing Department or Graphics Team that still use AE can look at it if we can pull the details out of the images metadata to identify an issue.
