Production Switchers

Not sure exactly where to post this question, so I'll start here.

We are trying to get our new Overdrive (version 22.3.8) to work with our new Sony RM-IP500 CCU (the actual cameras are Sony BCR-H800).

The Sony controller works fine - we can manually control the cameras, and create and recall presets.

The Overdrive control actually works fine - Overdrive recalls presets on the Sony just fine.

However, after recalling a preset with Overdrive on any camera, we lose manual control of that camera.

So if we need to recall a preset with Overdrive, then tweak the camera shot a bit, we don't have control on the CCU.

The only way to get control back on the Sony itself seems to be to cycle the power.

Is anyone else using this setup, or have any ideas?

Hi Spencer -- I would suggest posting this in the Over Drive Section as the Switcher is not controlling or interfacing with the Camera in this Configuration.

You could also open a ticket with support so that they can try to help directly or get the issue escalated if it is a bug.
