I am trying to use stagger animations in XPression to achieve the same effect as the graphic in the video below.  39 seconds in. Text: 'The Club Championships' 

Esports World Cup | Explainer

I am trying to adjust the pivot point of Position X in the stagger animation, but nothing seems to happen (it just seems to animate from left to right rather than from the centre)

Does anyone have any advice on how to achieve the animation above? Essentially, you are animating the horizontal spacing from the centre outwards.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can't do it in Stagger Animations, you need to animate H Spacing in Scene Director.

Hello, 

Unfortunately you can't animate HSpacing in the animation controllers/scene directors as that is not an option that comes up when setting your keyframes.

Hey Jordan,

I was intrigued by your request so I had a little play and made the project attached. 

It animates the font scaling directly so you'll need a specific font for each item you want to animate individually. 

Also be aware its using "OnRender", I would test any scene using this quite a bit.

Because "OnRender" can be demanding I also made this version that uses "OnSetText" instead and then used a format float to reduce the decimal places so it doesn't update as often, you could use this to control how smooth the animation is as well which is pretty cool.

I have almost the exact goal as Jordan, to animate h spacing but I don't even need it to have middle pivot. However I'm struggling to import your xpfs. I'm on 10.5 build 5508 - can it be a version issue?
