Hi!
Alternatively, you can try using TouchDesigner and transfer the finished video stream via NDI to Xpression.
Here are examples of how to do it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ua4zKWJg22g

Hello Ryan,
I have done this with Xpression for some TV-Shows. I doubt, that this would be possible just within Xpression. I used the Xpression SDK within a .net framework programming.
The issue is, that you need access to a volume analyser. There are some libraries available to do this in .net. Even as it it possible to implement certain libs within Xpression, I believe that those libs could not be linked and even if they were, I gues that you could run into some performance issues,
Doing this in c# or vb.net is not a big deal. You could try to use some AI to generate code for you. Only the implentation of the xpression.dll might not be found there, but there is no big difference to what you would do in scripting.

Thanks for the response, Simon!
If you remember how one stadium did it for real, please let me know.

I have used a solution where I have a dashboard and the operator just reacts live to the audience.
I do remember one stadium doing it for real but I cannot remember the method, I will try to remember.

Has anyone ever brought an audio feed into Xpression to create a DB Meter? Any direction or help on this would be great.
