Production Switchers

Hello.

I'm trying to setup a chyron through Carbonite and Caprica to be used by Overdrive/Inews.

I've set the CG MOS in Overdrive template editor devices

I've set a devices/remote in Caprica - It's working for that part, Graphics are sent to the Inews MOS Camio.

But when trying to take the graphic template in Overdrive, a error message appears stating that the crosspoint is not a CG.

In Caprica my "input" is set as CG, but nowhere in Carbonite I can set an "input" to be CG.  

Only available devices are mixers, video servers and pbus.

What am I missing ?

We are doing the same "pattern" with a old vision switcher and everything is working solid...

Hi Nick,

There is nothing on the Carbonite that needs to be setup when it comes to the "device" or switcher settings.  With Carbonite all of the device interfacing / control and configuration is done in Caprica.  I would suggest contacting support so that they can walk through the configuration with you and determine what is going wrong.
