We would probably need to know what is providing the LTC source and then we can look at the pinout they provide..
Just grabbing from ETC I see this
Since we are showing 2 x LTC - and 1 LTC Positive I would wire it pin 1 and pin 2 to the WECO LTC - and then go with Pin 3 to LTC +
It that does not work .. then I would go for a 1-1 / 2-2 /3-3 since the Balanced to balances pinout has Com/ Shield on 1 and Signal - on 3 .. with Signal + in the middle.
