  • 1.  Ross Dahsboard Issue

    We use Ross dashboard to control our TV channels. Recently, Slot 18 stopped showing a button to allow viewing of commands. All other channels continue to show the button. I upgraded to the latest version but that did not help. I have attached a Pic of the missing button on slot 18

    That seems to be an issue with the OpenGear card you are talking to in Dashboard. Looks like an MC-1.

    Click on the Hardware tab, and let us know what you see./share a screen shot, that would help us It does look you have a fan alarm, so I'd be concerned about possible overheating, which could cause weird behavior.

    all of them say FPGA fan not operating. What do I do next?

    Given that our MC1s operate about 70 degrees F cooler, I'm guessing that you are having overheating issues.
    Step 1: Figure out a way to blow more airlflow into the OpenGear frame with those cards in it asap.
    Step 2: Contact Ross support directly. You likely need to replace the fans on your MC1 cards.
