We had to get a replacement panel for our Carbonite, it's a new TD panel to replace our old TD panel, matched all network settings using same IPs as before but the panel doesn't seem to be finding the frame, it just cycles through the network settings on the screen. any advice? We have tried upgrading frame firmware and reset both panel and frame multiple times.
