Try putting the file on a USB drive plugging that directly into the TD panel and then doing the upgrade from the TD Panel DashBoard looking into that USB drive
Also on the status page it should tell you what CPU you have and you should only try to use that upgrade file.

We are having trouble updating our TouchDrive to the lastest version. The Q7 version aswell as the Ryzen version display wrong upgrade file.
Restart and redownloading have not had any effect... Ideas ?
