  • Rio Replay v10.4 Released!

    WHAT’S NEW
    • NEW KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS
    New keyboard shortcuts have been added to streamline the process of renaming 
    clips in the Rio Replay Explorer.
    o With a clip selected, type the new clip name and press the F1 key to apply the 
    name to the clip. Pressing the Enter key still applies the name to the clip.
    o With a clip selected, type the new clip name and press the Shift + Enter keys 
    to apply the name to all angles. Alternatively, press the Shift + F1 keys to 
    apply the name to all angles.
    • RIO REPLAY EXPLORER UPDATES
    The Rio Replay Explorer has received additional changes for a smoother experience.
    o The Live-EE button on the Rio Replay Control Panel now turns red when a 
    recording is in progress.
    o Replay events are now always loaded as a gang if the first and second 
    channels are available.
    BUGS ADDRESSED
    • Fixed a Logger issue where the dark theme did not display correctly on some 
    interface elements. (PLAY-1179)
    • Fixed an issue where highlighted rows in the Clip Registers were not displayed 
    correctly. (PLAY-1733

  • DashBoard v9.16.1 Now Available

    We’ve just released DashBoard version 9.16.1. This is a patch release that includes a couple of small improvements and bug fixes:

    Fixed an issue where changing PTP settings and reopening the page on Ultrix devices caused the UI to load in a greyed-out state.

    Fixed an issue where unsubscribing from parameters on Ultrix devices did not function correctly.

    • ABILITY TO RESET THE STATISTICS FIELDS

    Added a Reset button to the Decode and Encode interfaces. This will clear the readonly information reported in the Stream Statistics area for a selected channel.

    • ENHANCED STREAM STATISTICS FOR DECODERS

    Added Video Underruns and Audio Underruns metrics to the Decoder > Stream

    BUGS ADDRESSED

    • Fixed an audio hit issue that occurred when communicating with some third party

    SRT streaming applications.

    • Fixed an audio hit issue that could occur when switching from any video format to

    720p.

    • Fixed an issue where pulsing artifacts could occur with static images.

  • SFC-6901 v2.1

    WHAT’S NEW

    • SUPPORT FOR ADDITIONAL FORMATS

    The SFC-6901 now supports the 525 and 625 SDI video formats. The SFC-

    6901 now passes 2048x1080p 23.97Hz, 2048x1080p 24Hz, 4096x2160p

    23.97Hz, and 4096x2160p 24Hz.

    • SUPPORT FOR ADDITIONAL SFP MODULES

    Added support for CWDM and 3G Small Form Pluggabble (SFP) modules.

    Refer to the SFC-6901 User Guide for additional information.

    • IMPROVED ASI SUPPORT

    Improved how the SFC-6901 detects, passes, and reports ASI signals.

    BUGS ADDRESSED

    • Fixed an issue where some parameters were not saved upon reboot.

    • Fixed an issue where upon reboot, I/O directions on SDI ports were forcibly

    set by the I/O direction of the SFP ports. Now, upon reboot, all the

    parameters retain the saved state as they were in before a reboot.

  • Rio Replay v10.3.1 Released!

    Rio Replay v10.3.1 is now available, delivering important stability improvements to keep your productions running smoothly.

    What’s Fixed

    Resolved a PGM/PVW issue in Rio Replay Explorer where pressing TAKE could break the PGM/PVW gang (PLAY-1677).

    This update builds on the major enhancements introduced in v10.3, including:

    The ability to set clip angles as Primary or Secondary (via mouse, keyboard, or Control Panel)

    Improved primary/secondary angle loading behavior

    Fixes for audio import trimming issues

    We recommend all users update to v10.3.1 to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

  • PIERO 20.6 Release

    What’s New:

    • DATA MODULE INSTANT TEAM CREATION: It is now possible to instantly export teams and player names directly from the Opta soccer and NBA basketball data modules, to quickly create Team Line-Up Effects for any supported league (including World Cup Soccer).

    • DYNAMIC FORMATION EFFECT CUSTOM IMAGES: Custom image fills are now available for all area effects including the Dynamic Formation and Arc Effects.

    • SPEED CONTROL EFFECT: A new Speed Control Effect has been added for use in both File mode and with Video IO to allow more granular playback speed control.

    • VERTICAL GRID EFFECT IN MORE SPORTS: The Vertical Grid Effect has been extended to work with a wider array of sports.

    Improvements:

    • AUSSIE RULES FOOTBALL: Reintroduction of Mark & Kick and Goal Zone Effects for Aussie Rules Football.

    • CALIBRATION:

    * The ability to record backwards has been introduced.

    * WNBA has been added to the available Basketball calibration models.

    * Keybinds have been added for Basketball calibration.

    • DATALINQ INTEGRATION:

    * DataLinq tree feed property selection has been added to PIERO Effects.

    * The Basketball Data Module now allows UI selection of DataLinq feeds.

    * SDI AUDIO PASSTHROUGH: SDI audio passthrough has been updated to support all 16 audio channels.

    • TEAM LINE-UP GRAPHIC: A Team Line-Up graphic has been added to the Soccer and Basketball Data Modules, allowing lineup data to be imported directly via PIERO Data Modules.

    Bug Fixes:

    • ASSET MANAGER: Arabic text is now correctly supported in the Asset Manager.

    • AUDIO: Fixed an audio export issue when exporting H.264 files.

    • BASEBALL: Fixed a bug causing misaligned Effect icons in baseball.

    • CALIBRATION: Fixed an issue where saved selections were not retained in Key tab.

    • CIRCLE EFFECT: Fixed a bug causing the Circle Effect to incorrectly clip when using the ‘Image’ area style.

    • CALIBRATION: Fixed an issue where saved selections were not retained in Key tab.

    • DATA MODULES: It is now possible to send complete data projects for use in PIERO Live.

    • DISTANCE ARROW EFFECT: Fixed property-saving issues related to text size.

  • SmartShell 8.0b Released!

    What’s New

    • SmartShell Configurator

    This release includes support for tally preview in both TSL Tally v3.1 and v5.

    • SmartShell

    Tally display supports ‘Preview’.

    • Robotics Server

    This release adds support for ‘Preview’ in TSL Tally v3.1 and v5, including support for forwarding preview status to Artimo and X350.

    Support has been added for BlackMagic Desktop Video Driver version 15.x.

  • Artimo 7.2e Released!

    Introducing 7.2e, Robotics firmware for Artimo only with support for lidar collision avoidance. Artimo's lidars can now be used to detect obstacles in its path and come to a stop before a collision occurs.

  • Ross Platform Manager v3.12 Now Available

    RPM 3.12 release includes advanced OGLML and DashBoard-in-the-Web capabilities. It improves the tree view with filtering and auto-target detection, delivers a unified licensing UX, enables direct log uploads to Tech Support, and includes Licensing Analytics enhancements.

  • Carbonite Ultra v9.1.14 Released

    No Additional Features are included in this release.

  • Carbonite Code v1.3.0 is Released!

    Version 1.3 brings the all new Carbonite MotionText Feature to the Code product series. This feature adds a new class of Media Source to the toolkit. Users can now load a Media Background layer (transparency is supported for elements like lower thirds) and up to 4 Text Layers which they can configure independent Fonts and Styles per layer.

    MotionText has 256 presets that will allow the creation of numerous quick access graphics which can have On Air and Off Air transitions.

    HX3 Support has been improved. Audio on inputs is now fully supported enabling more production workflows and device sources.

    Bug Fixes for improvements were also included and can be found in the release notes.

  • SideShot-NG version 2.2.1 released!

    Added a new feature for user adjustable Debounce time. Some users experience and issue with pressing the button twice. This will enable a debounce duration to limit this.

  • HyperMax Version 11.0.2 is Released!

    New Features:

    • Ultrix v6.7 Support
    • Ultriscape PIP-C (aka 3rd pip size) now Supported
    • Ultriscape PIP Increase. Outputs 1-12 now supply All 3 Sizes of Pips.
  • TouchDrive Version 3.3.1 is released!

    New Features in v3.3.1 added included:

    NTP Time sync (keep the logs and internal panel clock in sync with an NTP source.

    Network Setting Changes no longer Require a Reboot.

    Fast Device switching - Switch between Engines quicker as a result of no longer rebooting after network changes and additional functionality around Panel Application Loading.

    Note: For version 3.3.1 there is no separate download without having the DashBoard installers. Version 3.3.1 will load version 9.14 and due to a file size the user will have to upload version 9.15 Manually after the TD Panel completes the upgrade.

    If a recovery or the panel is required please use the 3.2.0 Recovery Image and then perform a 3.3.1 upgrade followed by a DashBoard 9.15 upgrade.

  • DashBoard v9.15.1 Now Available

    We’ve just released DashBoard version 9.15.1. This is a patch release that includes a couple of small improvements and bug fixes:

    • Added the ability to decrypt encrypted external APIs and script files
    • Restricted view-only users from removing RPM in tree view

    Provided as simple drag-and-drop tools, Designers are able to build DataLinq-driven weather assets in Voyager without manual scripting or blueprints. This feature set enables Designers to quickly create and deploy virtual weather productions.

    • Model Cycle Update Control

    Control whether your Stories or Templates remain fixed on the user-selected model cycle, retaining your data choices and forecast edits, or if they automatically update each time you open a Story. Model cycles now display as available once they have successfully processed.

  • Quorum 3.3 Released

    Quorum 3.3 has been released bringing smarter mark control, dynamic source handling, Vision[ai]ry integration, and Spanish language support to your live meeting productions.

    Whether you're in government or corporate environments, Quorum 3.3 is built to simplify complex workflows and put more creative control in the operator’s hands.

  • Ultricore OE 6.5.0 Released!

    • ULTRIX-MODX-IO / Supports the introduction of the new ULTRIX-MOD-DPT sub-module featuring four DisplayPort 1.4 outputs on USB-C connectors in DisplayPort Alternate Mode. It provides extensive monitoring and configurable settings for color space conversion, bits per plane, maximum link rate, and more are managed via DashBoard.

    • Ultrix-IPX-IO now supports 25GbE ST 2110 IP streams, third input PiP Scaler and Matte Gen, an internally generated test pattern to IPX AUX Port A/B inputs.

    • Ultricore-BCS provides a refreshed UI for Ultricore-IP with an enhanced workflow for NMOS discovery and registration.

    • Ultrix Acuity / Now supports a virtual matrix for input assignments to enable integrated input monitoring and control for operational efficiency and improved tieline management (Requires Ultrix Acuity v14.0i or later software).

    • Ultriscape / Increased the maximum number of layouts from 180 to 250.

  • Inception 17.3 Released!

    Inception 17.3 and Inception Mobile App 2.2 have been released. The new release supports SAML SSO sign-on from within the Inception Mobile App as well as some usability and security enhancements.
