    Can someone please supply me with the panelbuilder password for the Cameras.grid Dashboard program? I want to put LESS buttons on each page.

    Hi Roblipop,

    The camera panel that comes along with the PIVOTCam is locked due to intellectual property protections. However, the commands are all visca and can be built into another custom panel using visual logic in dashboard.

    Hey G, The panel is available for download and is advertised to work with other cameras. Seems like something that isnt really treated as IP..... Anyone else?

    Not sure there is anyone else to answer this question as I am the product specialist.

    The panel is only available for download by those who have purchased a PIVOTCam. This is not a public download and is not advertised to work with other cameras. However, as other cameras do use the same VISCA protocol, it is possible that it could work with others.

    The PIVOTCam is a serial device, not an IP device. This is why a converter is needed.

    The password is not available, but you can create a custom panel using the VISCA protocols and visual logic in dashBoard.
