Camera Motion Systems

I have helped build a studio that utilizes all PivotCam's. I understand, and have setup on one computer the panel that controls the cameras. I tried to add the cameras to another computer, and they will not add. I need to be able to use the panel on multiple computers. Is there some reason that, after adding the camera, IP address, and everything else to "setup" the camera again on a new computer, it does not connect? Can you only control the cameras from one Dashboard panel at a time?

Check your MOXA device settings in the web interface. Under the 'Operating settings' page, look at the 'Max Control' setting. I believe it defaults to 1, change that, and more than one computer with Dashboard should be able to see the camera(s)
