  • 1.  DFR 8321 False Fan Error

    We have a DFR 8321 that is reporting a fan fault on both the frame and the Dashboard. The Dashboard error is "Frame Status Fan Stalled". Yet, when I open the front panel, I can see all of the fans spinning down. Where is the "Status Fan"? Or is this an error with the fan speed sensor? Thanks.

    In addition to the door fans, there are also fans in the power supply which are monitored. What's the software version of your MFC controller, and are you on 50 or 60Hz mains power?
