    Hi Fabricio,

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, but it sounds like you may have closed the Basic Tree View by accident. (The "Layouts" view is something different). To bring back the Basic Tree view, go to the "View" menu and select "Basic Tree View".

Please feel free to contact our tech support team at +1 (613) 652-4886 or techsupport@rossvideo.com if you would like further assistance.

Hi Ralph: thanks for your response, the basic tree view is open but I see only one device connected to the frame. the MUX8258-4C. The other devices that are ACD-8035 and ADC-8016A. do not appear in the tree view.

    thanks.

Hi Fabricio, The 2 other cards that you speak of are not native openGear cards. They belong to the 8000 series line of Ross Terminal Equipment. We produce adapters which allow the legacy 8000 series cards to work within the newer openGear platform, but these cards were designed long before openGear and DashBoard existed, and therefor do not interface with DashBoard control software. You must use the card edge controls with a heads up display for configuration.

Hi Brad: that is the issue for which I do not see the cards on the dashboard, since these cards have the adapter which you speak. I assumed that these cards were not compatible with the software

    thanks for your answer
