  • 1.  HDC-8222 won(squot)t initialize in Dashboard 5.1

    I just switched over to Dashboard 5.1 Everything seems to work fine, except 6 of my cards won't initialize. The cards are all HDC-8222's.

    Hi Stan,

    The HDC-8222 requires its latest firmware to be monitored by Dashboard 5.0+.

    Please contact techsupport@rossvideo.com if that doesn't work out.

    Hi Stan,

    This is a know issue in the HDC-8222. Please download a firmware upgrade for your HDC card to correct this. The download link is on the same page as Dashboard, http://www.rossvideo.com/dashboard look for the yellow box immediately above the Dashboard download buttons.

    Thanks guys. I did the firmware update and all the cards are good now.
