We've got an 8321 frame, and I've never needed to run DashBoard with it until recently. Now that I'm trying to connect to it, I'm getting errors. The frame won't autoconnect at all (making DHCP pointless), but we had the same issue with our Carbonite, so I'm honestly not surprised. With both default IPs and the user IP that our previous engineer set, it tells me there's a connection timeout if I hit Detect Frame Information. If I add the frame anyway, it just sits there and says there's no connection to the device. I know it has worked in the past, because our old netbook has DB 3, and it showed several panels for cards in the frame. Still, neither that nor the DB 6 I have on my laptop will connect to the 8321 now. Any suggestions?

    Hi

With the user ip set, are you able to ping the frame from the pc running dashboard? Also are both the ip of the frame and the pc on the same subnet?
