  • 1.  MC1 "Out of sync with master" warning message

    Hi,

    We found that, even in v5 or v6 software of MC1, the Dashboard will always show "Out of sync with Master" when two cards in gang mode.

    Sometimes when switching PGM PVW sources or the keyer is on, the Slave card show "out of sync". After switch back (press TAKE once again), the slave card will back to in sync.

    In v5 software, we found that the Master Card itself will show "out of sync with Master", but the slave card shows "in sync". It seems out of sense.

    Version 6 looks better but still find "out of sync" during operation. And in v6, we found that the "out of sync" warning sometimes shows outside but not in the Gang tab, sometimes shows in Gang tab but not outside. That is really strange.

    Please find the attached photos for your reference.

    Could you please help to provide more information about why there is "out of sync"? Thanks
