    HI, I failed to control two DFR 8321 FRAME WITH DASH BOARD, assign different IP AS THE FRAME

    Hello Juan,

    Can you be a bit more specific about the problem?

    • Do both frames appear in Dashboard (two entries in the Basic Device Tree)?
    • Have you used the DIP switches on the MFC controler card? Is it possible that they are both set for the same fixed IP address (such as 192.168.2.1)?

    HI Ralph, have two frame 8321 and the two appear in the tree diagram but I have only one control.

    Hi Juan,

    Okay so both frames show up in the Basic Tree View.

    Are you able to see the devices (cards) within each frame?

    Can you open the devices by double-clicking on them?

    (Sorry I'm not clear on what you mean by "I have only one control").
