Hi,
We're using an MUX-8258-4C card to bring analog audio in from our audio control room and embed it into our SDI video signal from our Carbonite mixer. We've had a strange high-pitch sound in our recorded audio (downstream from the MUX-8258-4C) that changes pitch randomly (but slowly). The sound exists in both our left and right channels, but different pitch changes for each. We've finally tracked it down to the MUX-8258-4C. Has anyone else had a problem like this, and is there a way to fix it? I've tried reseating the card, disconnecting and reconnecting cables, etc, and the problem persists. It usually happens when the card is warm.
Thanks,
James.
