The factory default is "User mode", and by default that uses DHCP to get an IP address. The current IP address will be shown on the display on the front of the unit. Should it fail to get an address, it will show "0.0.0.0" instead.
If you need to force the address, there are some DIP switches on the MFC controller card (Slot 0) within the OGX frame. The possible settings are printed on the silkscreen next to the DIP switch:

On the MFC-OG3-N, it is possible to force the IP address to either 192.168.2.1 or 10.1.2.1, or to force it to use DHCP. The default setting is "User" which means you can control the settings through DashBoard software.
