Hi, there.
We have openGear oGx platform which accommodates MDK-111-A and other cards. 
Recently, we had the issue with REF(sync) , after experiencing power surge the opengear platform lost REF (BlackBurst) signal and we had to plug the REF signal off and on again on the back side of the platform in order to fix the issue. 
P.S we have terminated the REF Signal on its LOOP outputs.

Hello Shamil,

It sounds like the power surge may have damaged the Reference card in the OGX frame. I'd recommend contacting our tech support team who can walk you through some trouble-shooting steps and assist in getting replacement components if required.
