    I installed Phoenix, connected IPS.

The Phoenix can recognize IPS and show all equipment connected to IPS, but it can not show the information of equipment.

Could you please help to solve problem?

    Thanks and regards,

    Hi Nguyen.

I am also Regional Technical Support Manager for Ross Video based in Melbourne, Australia.

The most probable explanation to your problem is that the IPS and your computer, where you have installed Phoenix, are on a different network subnets.

Please check the IP addresses and let me know.

It is easy done for the PC. For the IPS, click on the IPS in Phoenix IPS Explorer and have look at the Properties.

Please let me know if you need more detailed explanations.

    My email is jacekw@rossvideo.com

    Best regards

    Jacek

    Thank you Jacek,

I have check as your suggestion and can not find any mistake. the computer and IPS are in the same subnet.

We use HDCP, then they are should be in the same Subnet. I just wonder if HDCP effect to that result or not.

    Bellow is picture of issue.

    Thanks and regards,

    Quy

    Hello Quy,

DHCP should fix the issue with the IP addresses.

In your case, the error message suggests, that there is no connection between IPS and the router.

Has this been working earlier? Could you re-check the T-bus connection between the IPS and the router.

Can you see other devices connected to your IPS?

Do you have any T-bus activity LEDs on the front of the IPS?

    Please let me know

    Jacek

    Thanks Jacek,

Laxton has solved problem for me. Thing is Java version is not compartible. I think Ross should fix this to be compartible with higher version of Java.
