  • 1.  Ultrix's Multiview is not stable?!

    Hi!
    We got an issue with the Ultrix Multiview. Sometimes when I turn on the router, there is no multiview signal on the output, the configuration menu sometimes disappears from Treeview in Dashboard! (We are using the newest DB version with Windows7) Then we have to reboot the router several times or wait until the MV appears again. We've tried with MV output between SDI and Aux, but the issue remains. I don't know this is a hardware problem or not? Please advise how to check! Many thanks!
