Hi there

We were told that we could have up to 10 Dashboard users when we bought 2 NK-IPS. I have been trying to set the system up, but there is no possibility to get it running the way it should. We can only control the router through the IPS connected to it. Neither a direct T-Bus connection, nor the "Remote IPS Adress" works. There is no explanation in the manual.

Unfortunately that is not correct. You cannot connect two NK-IPS devices to a single router, in order to double the number of dashboard connections.

I have reached out to you directly to see if there may be another way to accomplish your specific workflow requirements.
