    We are using a NK-3G34 in a truck and trying to figure out how to save the router settings without using the NK-IPS.

    Every time we power down the truck we have to reassign the router outputs.

    Can you tell me the software version of the Router. There is a fix for that issue in the latest software release.

    What is the method to save the router settings? Same issue in an OB Truck that we have to reassign the router upon start-up every event.

    Hi Nick,

    We had the same issue with a 3G72. After the firmware fix from Ross we still had issues, and had to replace a controller board as well. I would suggest you email Ross support in the first instance to get the firmware fix.

    While we were working on getting this solved I wrote a dashboard script that allowed you to snapshot the matrix in different states and restore them as required, which you might want to investigate.
