Hi all. Maybe someone with more experience than me can figure this out. I've created a push button soft panel with four different PIPs as destinations. Whenever I route any source that has audio to one of the PIPs on the soft panel I get the "breakaway" symbol. See attached pic. All levels are selected and I don't believe a breakaway has occurred. Does anyone know what I'm missing that's causing this?

Can you make sure that you have as many channels of vu meters on your pip in your layout as you do audio levels?

My thought is that if you are only displaying 2 vu meters but that you are routing 16 channels of audio, only 2 channels are actually being routed. Thus the breakaway.

Give it a shot and let me know what happens.

Sorry for the late reply but I'm just returning to this project. I now have 16 channels of audio displayed in the PIP. The PIP is still doing a breakaway. For PIP16, the video is routing but the audio is not. I created a Matrix/grid router to show what's happening. All levels route to MON05 but only the video to PIP H1 16. There has to be a setting somewhere that I need to change. Thank you.

Also, Bars is source 2 and NET5 is source 4. On the Matrix, if you scroll right, I have the audio channels for sources 2 and 4. There is no audio (purple triangles) on PIP H1 16, only the red video triangle.

Two more things to look at. 

Can you confirm that you have logical selected in your head selection tab?

And that you have audio destinations described in your pip channels?

Setting the Head Audio Meter Setting to Logical fixed the problem. It was set to Physical. Thank you for your patience as I'm still learning this system.
