  • 1.  Ultrix multiviewer UMD from tsl Tallyman

    Hi! I'm using tallyman as a system-manager and want to know if it is possible to get the UMD from tallyman into the multiviewer in Ultrix. I got the tallies to work, but i want the UMD also since I have some virtual sources in tallyman that I want the names of in Ultriscape. I am using the GVG-protocol

    Hi, Thanks for your question. 

    Tallyman can send TSL version 3, 4or 5 to the Multiviewer for tally as well as for the UMD mnemonic. In the Layout editor set your UMD to tally by selecting the checkbox. Unfortunately the Ultriscape does not accept GVG native for UMD mnemonics. 

     

    You should also make sure that the UMD settings are appropriate for how you want to see the names. Under Ultriscape, configuration and tally settings you will find the UMD menu
