My apologies for misunderstanding. You're talking about a Carbonite multiviewer then. You can save multiviewer layouts and configurations via custom controls. I'm not sure what type of Carbonite you have but I believe the method is generally the same for all models. Check out the
online manual for the Ultra and see if that helps.

We do not have an Ultrix system. We use the Remote Control Panel - NKM to reconfigure our Multiviewer's. Is there a way to save a MV config through the RCP? If not, is there a way to save the MV through Dashboard and switch back and forth easily.

Hi Patrick,
You say NK routing system, but I believe you must mean Ultrix routing system, correct? The NK router does not have MVs.
That being said, on the Ultrix, you can save your layouts in the Layout Editor tab in Dashboard. Please refer to page 183 of the manual for this process.
Let us know if you do not have an Ultrix system and we can go from there.
Thanks.

This is probably a very simple action but how do you save different MV configurations to the NK Routing system. We're a student org so want to double check before messing our default working ones up.
