We have a Carbonite Black Solo 13 and are thinking of adding a few more camera sources. Only problem is, we will have maxed out as far as I can tell on the multiviewer. Is it possible to add a second multiviewer or is there a configuration that goes beyond what we have on screen (currently 2 large windows for preview and program across top and two rows of 4 smaller windows for source inputs) now?

Hi Steve... Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a second multiviewer - there is one multiviewer on the CBSolo13. And the layout configuration that you have described is the maximum.

I am not sure if this will work for you. A workaround is to create custom controls that change the sources on the multiviewer. So depending on the segment of the service, you can call up the pertinent sources onto the multiviewer.

OK. That, actually, is probably not a bad workaround. I think some of the cameras will probably be more static in nature, like a drum can, so the only reason to check it out would be to see if there's something obstructing the shot. Thanks!
