  • 1.  Ultrix - Can't add Salvo

    Hello,

    This is probably staring me in the face, but I don't seem to be able to build a Salvo on Ultrix.
    I'm running Dashboard 8.7.1 and Ultrix 3.42 r4347 on a 5RU frame
    When I nagivate to Salvo in Dashboard I can Edit>Add and name the Salvo, Select the Levels etc - however at that point I can't then select the source and destinations crosspoint on the grid. There's literally no grid displayed.
    So.. where am I going wrong?

    Hi Duncan,

    What you are doing is correct and I am surprised that you are not seeing the grid. I would update DashBoard application first, follow this link: https://www.rossvideo.com/support/software-downloads/dashboard/
    I saw a similar problem before once using old DashBoard and some weak PC when the grid appeared later. Apart from better look, new DashBoard allows adjustments of 'Memory Allocation'. Go to Window --> Preferences --> General. Here you can increase allocated memory or Theme (Aura or Classic).
    Hopefully this would fix the problem.
