I have connected the time code to the TC input card, and the TimeCode Source also be added at the hardware setup. Then I have a question about that how can i sync the time code to that PC.

You can't sync the timecode to the PC clock, but you can use a Clock Timer Widget in your scene and choose the source of the widget to be from the LTC input.
