  • 1.  Video playing at 2x speed on different machine after unpacking.

    Hello, I am using 5.7 and when i transfer my package to our production switcher (football jumbo tron) Every video item I have is playing at 2x speed and it doesnt do this on the original machine i created the package on. Please advise

    I am going from Xpression Designer 5.7 to Xpression Studio 5.7

    the properties in the material editor reflect the proper length and properties of the clip. (344 frames, 11.4 seconds) and it is only playing 8 seconds.
    Any ideas?

    This is usually a difference in the project settings or the hardware frame rate settings.. After loading the project on the studio box; go to the Project->Convert menu and see what is set there (e.g. 1080i 29.97), and go to the Edit->Hardware Setup menu and check the outputs for the Matrox card and make sure they match..
