Look at the scene in the sequencer and you can edit the tricodes between CHI, WIS, and COL and you'll see the logos change in preview. Those tricodes match materials that must exist with the same name.. (You can just make the text objects hidden in the scene so the tricode doesn't appear on the output).
In the scene itself you will find a script on the two text objects that represent the tricode. The script will grab a material with a name that matches the text in the text object and assign it to the quad that has the same name as the textobject but with the word Logo appended to it.
