So news wants to have the talents' social media addresses dissolve off and on within a loop.

I was thinking that I could - with a pause in each of the two groups' continuous animation settings on alpha - cross dissolve between the two of them. Problem that I'm stuck on is that it's going from 100 to 0 but right back up to 100 right away since that's what it's designed to do.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

How about creating the cross dissolve as an animation(setting alpha keys with all selected or all items if you only have two groups) with a jump to frame 0 event in the scene director. That will have it looping all day long, I know its not using continuous animation but that's the only way I could get it to work for me.
