  • 1.  Are there frame rate settings in the Virtual Framebuffer?

We are running our Carbonite in 720p 59.94. Thus we are using our Xpression: Designer machine to create Projects with these same parameters. When we export this project and import it into our Xpression: Studio machine we have witnessed some weird things. The scenes appear to play at an accelerated pace on the Studio machine's virtual output. However when sending it live to the Carbonite system it appears normal.

Does Xpression: Studio have a separate framerate setting for its virtual framebuffer? Could this be set to 29.97fps which would explain why our 59.94 project is sped up?

There are no settings for the virtual framebuffer rate. It uses whatever framerate is defined when the project was created. To confirm which framerate the project is set for, go to the Project->Convert Project Mode menu and see what format the project is currently set for.
