I need a quick, simple way to select whether an OTS is on the left or right within one ENPS template. The OTS base art is not symmetrical. I've masked the story art in a layer object. How would I swap base art, reposition story art and text, and change masks?

So...I made some progress.

I have a basic OTSleft with story image quad masked to fit box in video background with text title. I duplicated image and text with VLogic for OTSright. I am able to control viability of all lefthand elements with more VL. Same with right hand elements)

Now my template can control which side is visible by unchecking left visible or right visible. To expand options, I added cutout headshot and logo....included them in the VL. But...because they are in VL logic chains, I can no longer control their visibility from the layout. I can unbind their materials to effective make the not visible, but the quads show up as checkerboards obscuring other layers.
