  • 1.  Out animation of a scene

Hello, this is my first post on this forum.

I'm adapting CGs on XPression (Studio SCE 5.1) that have been originally designed and used in Adobe After Effects. The only problem I'm facing during this process is that I don't know how to set an out animation.

The CG's are simple and designed that way: a background key animation comes in, the text fade in, then everything stay in place. After that, when the operator gives the order to XPression, the CG must go out like this: the text must fade out and the background must follow a key animation and then the scene is blank.

Is there a way to set an out animation when you take offline a scene or when you take the next scene others than using the simple out transition ?

    Thank you for your help

You put a pause event in just before your out animation. Instead of taking offline, the operator just sends another take command to it to unpause it, and it will then animate off. At the end of your out animation, put a "take offline" event.
