The XPression Frame File in the Scene Director uses .mov (MOVE) files. These types of files can be exported from a variety of 3D and motion design systems You can download a sample file here:
XPression MOVE File
This file is built up of a series of columns and rows with position values. When this file is imported to XPression you must define the delimitation between the columns (sample file uses tabs) and the decimal separator (sample file uses dots). Then you map specific axis to a specific column. Ex. Column 1 is X position data, Column 2 is Y position, Column 3 is Z position. You can also apply a global transformation to these position coordinates.
Using the .mov (MOVE) files in XPression is kind of like importing an animation controller from another system into XPression.
