HI,

I am using 12.01 version synergy4 switcher,i would like replace panel CPU board due to some misbehaiver.I am bit afraid to change because the floppy dirve is not working and the Sw is not available with me now.

If i replace with new panel cpu board need to match software version with frame,Please suggest

For this I would suggest you call techsupport and have them work through it with you. If you don't have a working floppy drive you won't be able to upgrade the frame to match the panel software
