I published a project and the files show up in one of the preview windows in ENPS , but when you double click to start working on it, it's hung up on screen and says " Loading Project" over black. Is this a setting perhaps that is wrong? Thanks for any help. The MOS will not work in ENPS as well, and loading the rundown is all in RED in Studio.

Do you have project server? It sounds like it isn't running or the preview and playout engines can't connect to it (or aren't configured to).

Yes, we have one and for the other graphics previously made, it's working fine. I started this project yesterday and nothing in it will work, but all other graphics on the other projects are working.

So this is a new project that doesn't work?
Did you upload it to the project server? And if so, did you create a new show for it? If you created a show for it, did you create a category and style as well? (if you other shows on the project server don't use categories and styles you won't make one for the new one either).

Do you see the project in the project server manager?
