  • 1.  Datalinq and time to put on air

    Hi,

    I've got a scene with some text object filled by datalinq.

    When I put it online thru sequencer, Xpression take 1 to 3 second to prepare it...

    Do you have any idea ?

    What type of datasource is the scene using? Excel?

    An Excel, but with ADODB Connection

    In the advanced settings for the ADODB connection do you have record limiting set to TOP clause?

    (Edit ADODB > Advanced > Record Limiting)

    Set it to use top clause. That should help a lot.

    Also make sure the Workbook is set to Shared in Excel.. Failing to set it to shared can make it very slow.
