is there a way to play and take offline multiple scenes at once from the sequencer? I know I can clear a framebuffer with ctrl+1, but that just cuts everything off that buffer rather than use the transition out set for each scene.

You can select them using CTRL+click in the sequencer then right-click and choose Take Offline. This plays the transition out for each scene. There is no quick keyboard shortcut though to do this.

If it's always the same Take ID's you want to take offline; you can use the Keyboard Mapping feature in XPression to build a keyboard macro that will take multiples scenes offline with a single keypress.

Is there a script I can put in a scene that will play out another scene (based on TakeID#) when I play out the original scene? And can I script it to take the other scene offline when I take the original offline?
